We are officially approved now for all DOT Mix Classes including (2) mix classes that are signature to our Volumetric Mixer and cannot be provided by a ready mix truck because the concrete will set up in the drum before it gets to the site. These (2) classes of mixes are now being added to DelDot’s data base as an approved mix!
1) Class A 3-Hour Road Patch – Working Time: 20-30 Minutes
2 hrs. – 3500 PSI
3 hrs. – 4300 PSI
1 day – 6300 PSI
2) Class A 3 Hour Low-Permeability Road Patch – Working Time: 20-30 Minutes
1 hr. – 1250 PSI
3 hrs. – 4200 PSI
1 day – 5740 PSI
