Our commitment begins with a comprehensive, six-month onboarding process that ensures every Volumetric Mixer (VM) Operator has an in-depth understanding of how a volumetric truck works and how to load, mix, and discharge concrete safely, properly, and efficiently.

We train every team member to meet or exceed the strict standards set by the Department of Transportation (DOT), Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).
